Practice Makes 3 - Giving Yourself Permission

In the first part of this article I talked about the differences between practicing and just shooting arrows. How focused practice was more effective than just pinging arrows down the range day after day. In the second part I discussed prioritizing areas for improvement. In this instalment, I will go into the process of giving yourself permission to make the changes you have identified.
